Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day SOC operations for several clients, ensuring service delivery complies with contractual commitments
- Organize the coordination and monitoring of technical teams with the Technical Lead
- Participate in weekly operational meetings
- Organize and lead operational and steering committees
- Draft and maintain contractual deliverables
- Track the progress of projects and complex requests
- Participate in operational planning
- Monitor KPIs, billing, and any applicable penalties
- Manage crisis situations
- Coordinate stakeholders and contributors
- Handle escalations and provide management oversight
- Track action plans
- Contribute to commercial proposals alongside the sales team
- Support clients in evolving and improving the service
- Build strong, close relationships with clients and contribute to their retention and business development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or equivalent five-year higher education qualification
- Experience in project, team, and contract management
- Initial experience in a similar position preferred
- Interest in cybersecurity
- Broad general IT knowledge
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud technologies highly valued
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, service-oriented approach and sound judgment
- Availability for part-time travel to client sites
- Security clearance application subject to review by the competent authority
