About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the product roadmaps and own the revenue, margin, and profitability targets for each product line
- Structure and enhance installment credit and special credit limit offerings, including pricing, limits, onboarding journeys, and pre-approved offer initiatives, in partnership with Risk and Collections
- Monitor portfolio quality, including delinquency, vintage performance, losses, and provisions, and propose adjustments to credit-granting policies
- Manage insurer partnerships and the insurance product portfolio, negotiating commissions and integrating offers into the app journey
- Increase primary account usage through Pix, TED, bill payments, salary deposits, and direct debit
- Work with Technology, UX, and Data teams to create and improve in-app journeys, using A/B testing and funnel analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil, the National Monetary Council (CMN), and Susep
- Manage relationships with insurers, credit bureaus, and payment providers
- Build and develop the product team, fostering a data-driven culture and results-oriented mindset
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
- Solid experience with consumer credit products at a traditional bank, digital bank, fintech, or finance company, ideally with P&L management experience
- Experience with insurance or bancassurance and transactional account products
- Familiarity with regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil and Susep
- Experience with digital products and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Open Finance
- Experience with cross-selling to an investor customer base
