About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and contribute to training initiatives for the energy market
- Assist in developing and updating training products in recorded and live formats, delivered online and/or in person
- Structure and review technical materials, manuals, and presentations, ensuring consistency, clarity, instructional quality, accuracy, and regulatory currency
- Contribute to initiatives focused on the learner journey and audience engagement
- Produce and review communications across different channels
- Analyze learner feedback, monitor performance metrics, and propose continuous improvements to training products
- Serve as a liaison with partner teams and external companies, ensuring that products accurately reflect regulations and CCEE’s perspective
- Assist in creating, organizing, and updating controls, materials, and metrics for training initiatives and projects
- Participate in studies focused on regulatory and technical updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience working in the electricity sector
- Strong knowledge of Commercialization Rules and Commercialization Procedures, as well as the CliqCCEE and DRI systems
- Previous experience producing technical content, delivering presentations, or performing related activities in the energy sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, creativity, teamwork, dynamism, and flexibility skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Preferred: previous experience in corporate education, training, or educational project management
- Preferred: experience working on Back Office processes between CCEE and its members
- Preferred: experience with video editing, instructional design, or graphic design
- Preferred: knowledge of AI tools, particularly those applied to educational contexts and/or data automation
- Preferred: familiarity with digital learning platforms
- Preferred: advanced English proficiency to support international materials
