About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as an intermediate-level technical subject-matter expert
- Lead medium- and high-complexity validations
- Structure R&D projects
- Guide analysts and support technical decisions with Production and related teams
- Lead analytical and clinical validations of IVD kits
- Critically evaluate analytical and clinical performance
- Validate new equipment and automated platforms
- Support regulatory and performance studies
- Plan and conduct complex validations
- Provide technical guidance to analysts and review deliverables
- Organize and lead medium-complexity R&D projects
- Discuss technical results with Production and related teams
- Prepare and review technical reports, PODs, and REQs
- Participate in technical meetings with suppliers
- Reduce technical risk and implementation time
- Improve the technical quality of the team’s deliverables
- Serve as a technical reference for analysts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Completed or ongoing master’s degree, or a proven track record working on complex technical projects
- Solid experience in technical and/or scientific writing
- Intermediate English proficiency for conversation, reading, and writing
- Availability to work in the Alphaville area
