Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor deliveries daily using tracking systems and logistics management tools
- Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines defined in contracts or SLAs

- Contact carriers and partners to resolve outstanding issues and minimize customer impact

- Analyze customer satisfaction rates related to the delivery process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recently graduated or currently completing a higher education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ERP systems
