Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain automations and tools outside the system core
- Work with n8n, Cursor, Lovable, Power Automate, Google Sheets, external APIs, bots, and low-code/no-code/vibe-coding tools
- Implement automated workflows based on specifications or validated requirements
- Support adjustments, fixes, and continuous improvements to existing automations
- Support operational squads with rapid technical solutions for recurring problems
- Translate operational needs into simple and effective automations
- Work closely with business teams to understand the context and validate deliverables
- Support the prototyping of digital solution MVPs
- Test technical hypotheses under the guidance of more senior professionals
- Contribute automation and continuous-improvement ideas
- Document developed automations, including workflows, rules, and integrations
- Follow the technical standards and best practices defined by the team
- Ensure that solutions are understandable and maintainable
- Support technical validations across Product and Project initiatives
- Test integrations, APIs, and JSON payloads
- Support technical acceptance testing and validation of automated workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with process automation
- Experience with n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools
- Knowledge of REST API integrations
- Ability to read and manipulate JSON
- Development experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
- Experience using Cursor or AI tools to support development
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with bots or communication automations (Slack, email, WhatsApp)
- Experience in operations, logistics, or digital product environments
