About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain infrastructure and radio access network (RF) records in databases and digital systems, including data entry, validation, and record maintenance
- Prepare registration applications for ANATEL licensing and monitor the process through license issuance
- Develop and monitor KPIs for the processes under your responsibility
- Monitor project deliverables in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Support the Project Manager with deliverables and network rollout activities
- Analyze and consolidate project and rollout information to generate reports
- Assist in identifying and defining risk mitigation actions
- Assist with tracking deadlines, deliverables, schedules, costs, and financial performance
- Support internal communications and the distribution of reports and tracking materials
- Prepare presentations and reports on rollout and project progress
- Review documentation, site inspection reports, and infrastructure and RF designs
- Monitor field activities, deployment schedules, and contractual milestones
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent, with proof of completion
- Knowledge of infrastructure and radio access network (RF) records management
- Ability to prepare registration applications for ANATEL licensing
- Ability to develop and monitor process KPIs
- Knowledge of infrastructure and RF projects
- Knowledge of site inspection reports and technical documentation
