About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Operations and HSE LLC teams with the area’s administrative activities, based on the activity schedule
  • Monitor the implementation of HSE LLC action plans in the associated systems
  • Manage third-party documentation related to HSE LLC requirements for national and international suppliers
  • Audit and approve the field teams’ safety documentation
  • Monitor the release of international suppliers’ documentation with the relevant authorities
  • Translate documents, client procedures, and policies
  • Support the development of HSE indicators
  • Support the critical analysis of HSE LLC indicators
  • Create and maintain indicator databases and develop BI solutions to generate information for managing HSE LLC results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness and availability to travel for work
  • Technical English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Power BI (preferred)
