- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with systems integration and APIs
- Ability to work effectively with legacy systems
- Basic knowledge of process automation using RPA tools (UiPath, AutomationEdge, Blue Prism, etc.)
- Degree in a technology-related field, engineering, systems analysis, or computer science
