About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional support to internal users, primarily for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules.
- Support processes related to the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle, identifying improvement opportunities and resolving system issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and monitor ticket resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
- Serve as the liaison between IT and business functions, understanding business needs and translating requests into functional requirements.
- Support the gathering and documentation of requirements for system enhancements and new functionality.
- Participate in projects focused on process optimization, integrations, and the ongoing evolution of corporate systems.
- Develop and execute functional tests and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor system implementations and changes, ensuring alignment and communication with the relevant stakeholders.
- Support users in operating the systems, providing guidance and training when necessary.
- Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience providing functional support and/or analyzing corporate systems, particularly SAP.
- Functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM, with familiarity with commercial, order, sales, and distribution processes (OTC).
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, user support, or process improvement.
- Experience with functional testing, issue identification, and monitoring system solution implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different departments and organizational levels.
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and collaborative approach.
- Intermediate English, with the willingness and interest to continue developing language skills for interaction with global teams.
