About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate evolving business needs into clear technical requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate high-level business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
- Document and maintain API specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and validation rules
- Create and maintain technical documentation and end-to-end workflow diagrams
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear and technically feasible
- Proactively identify gaps, resolve ambiguities, and drive clarity across stakeholders
- Support successful delivery of integration-focused solutions within a large-scale payments platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, backend systems, and data flows
- Experience documenting API specifications, integration requirements, and data mappings
- Knowledge of BA methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience creating workflow diagrams and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Adaptability and ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity while managing multiple priorities
- Proactive and autonomous mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
