About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map current processes and identify risks
- Analyze and consolidate process performance data and indicators
- Adjust processes as necessary
- Monitor process performance, identify deviations, and suggest corrections for anomalies
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify process risks, implement mitigation plans and corrective actions, and compile inputs for impact analysis of new risks
- Support the management of training hubs by assisting with the opening of new hubs, feasibility analysis of active hubs, budget control, class schedules, and documentation processes
- Support the National Partnerships team in identifying partner organizations, attending alignment meetings, validating partnership programs, and maintaining and managing partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration
- One year of experience in the role or in activities related to process management
- Knowledge of process analysis
- Knowledge of statistics
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of data analysis tools
- Knowledge of process automation
