About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to company employees.
  • Create, manage, and deactivate users and access permissions in systems and domains.
  • Install software and operating systems.
  • Configure new equipment, including computers, peripherals, routers, and switches.
  • Perform daily checklists and inspections of meeting room equipment, including projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems, and connectivity.
  • Maintain the physical organization of the IT inventory.
  • Continuously document and update the equipment and license inventory.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree or technical qualification in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networking, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and employee support.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Networking fundamentals: basic knowledge of the TCP/IP model, IP addressing (DHCP vs. static), VLANs, and essential terminal commands (ping, traceroute, ipconfig) — a plus, but not required.
  • Technical English: intermediate reading proficiency to interpret manuals, forums, and official documentation in English — a plus, but not required.
  • Hands-on experience and personal projects involving computer assembly and maintenance, home labs, robotics groups, junior enterprises, or basic technical support — a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with audio, video, and networking cable and connector types (RJ-45, HDMI, USB-C, XLR, 3.5 mm TRS) — a plus, but not required.
