About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of the Internal Communications strategy, ensuring clear, straightforward messaging aligned with the organizational culture for construction-site personnel
- Manage and operate communication channels for operational audiences, including construction sites and field teams
- Plan, produce, and adapt content for different formats and channels
- Build relationships with leaders, managers, and operations teams, facilitating communication between corporate departments and construction sites
- Conduct regular site visits to identify needs, gather information, understand local challenges, and strengthen communication channels
- Support campaigns, projects, corporate events, and engagement initiatives aligned with Tenda’s employer brand and culture
- Manage recurring communication workflows, mailing lists, and distribution lists
- Produce communication materials using editing tools and visual assets developed by the department
- Partner with internal clients on medium-complexity communication requests
- Monitor communication effectiveness and contribute to the improvement of the department’s channels and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- Previous experience in Internal Communications, preferably working with operational audiences, field teams, industrial, retail, or construction sectors
- Experience producing content and managing internal communication channels
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt language for different audiences
- Proficiency in Canva and image-editing and communication-design tools
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience organizing and executing campaigns, events, and internal engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with communications aimed at operations, construction sites, or decentralized audiences is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to communications is a plus
