About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support several parts of the Medicaid provider management team
- Focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities
- Coordinate and collaborate on Network Operations intake and triage
- Coordinate provider data assignments
- Coordinate claim pend assignments
- Lead work assignments
- Work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times
- Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs
- Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- QNXT experience required
- 3 years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions
- Ability to take detailed notes and share them with analysts
- General understanding and skills in PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience
- 40 hours per week
