Key responsibilities & impact- Lead portfolios, leaders, and outcomes in support of the organization’s mission to provide safe, high quality patient care
- Translate enterprise and clinical strategy into actionable priorities, operating models, and investment decisions
- Establish and sustain strategic direction aligning technology investments with clinical, operational, and organizational priorities
- Provide strategic leadership for enterprise service management, portfolio operations, workforce technology platforms, and governance functions
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for demand management, portfolio management, project delivery, service management, resource planning, and operational performance
- Reflect and reinforce the organization’s mission, vision, beliefs, core values, and standards of behavior across multiple teams and leaders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education), Required
- At least one certification relevant to primary areas of portfolio responsibilities (ServiceNow, PMP, ITSM/ITIL, Six Sigma, etc), Required
- ITIL Foundation Certification within 60 days of hire
- Advanced ITIL certification within 6 months of hire
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, Healthcare Technology, Business Operations, Service Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, or related disciplines, Required
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership responsibility with direct oversight of leaders, teams, programs, services, products, platforms, or operational functions, Required
- Must participate in completing the Epic Sphinx test as part of the consideration process
