About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating cadences, including agenda design, content coordination, and action-item follow-up
- Track and report KPIs and support action plans addressing performance gaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize shared processes
- Plan, communicate, and support adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors
- Facilitate and maintain the monthly Lean Community of Practice call and content
- Support development of new Lean tools and maintain existing content and revision tracking
- Manage Lean Watt Page content and share Lean Operating Method, events, and resources across GE Vernova
- Own planning, logistics, and reporting for corporate Kaizen events
- Support ad hoc Kaizen facilitation across functions and businesses
- Partner with corporate functions as a Lean Leader and facilitate strategy planning events
- Provide Operational Excellence reporting support and coordinate Lean inputs into enterprise reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 5-7 years of experience with lean, project management, quality, and KPI management
- Strong operations background in Manufacturing, Logistics, Materials, Fulfillment, or similar areas
- Prior leadership role or leadership experience in an influencing role
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional experience and awareness
- Clear, concise, and effective communication across all levels, including executives
- Strong alignment with GE Vernova culture and values
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and influencing and motivating diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior leadership program experience, such as OMLP, DTLP, FMP, CAS/LTT, or Lean Leadership Programs
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Ability to travel 20-30%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
