About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process escrow servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle, from loan acquisition through ongoing servicing and servicing transfers
- Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for tax processes and tax vendors
- Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely
- Perform general escrow account maintenance
- Research and respond to internal customer requests and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, investor, and state requirements
- Process and monitor departmental reporting requirements and workflows
- Perform basic mathematical calculations related to escrow servicing
- Maintain accurate accounting of escrow disbursements
- Conduct quality reviews, tax document reviews, and verification of information from tax assessors and other sources
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organized
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
