- Organize the demand package for settlement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent Communication skills, as they will communicate directly with the firm's clients
- Strong empathy as the firm's clients are injured parties usually from vehicular accidents and some may be seeking settlement due to permanent injury
- Discretion as they must be sure to follow guidelines in what can and CANNOT be communicated with the clients
- Persuasiveness as they will remind clients to continue all necessary medical treatment
- Strong Time Management skills
- Caseload of 100-150 cases once fully active
- Computer processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Computer memory/RAM: 8 GB
- Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
- USB noise-cancelling headset
- Camera capable of clear and crisp video output
- Backup system or UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours; typically 240Wh or higher
- Primary DSL/fiber internet connection with minimum 100mb/s contracted speed
- Backup internet connection with minimum 20mb/s cellular speed
