About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Open and register processes in the SIGRA system
- Track and check cargo arrivals through public and private systems
- Perform activities related to the post-clearance stage of processes
- Complete and update the process follow-up spreadsheet
- Perform other activities related to the department, according to the area’s needs and career development process
- Assist with the area’s operational and administrative routines in Foreign Trade
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience or interest in Import and Foreign Trade
- Basic knowledge of customs legislation is a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Organized and proactive profile, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
