Key responsibilities & impact- Review, validate, and process customer orders for accuracy, compliance with pricing and contracting policies, and readiness for booking and billing
- Support Sales representatives with Salesforce opportunity management, quoting workflows, and deal hygiene
- Manage and triage the Deal Operations ticketing queue, ensuring timely responses and clear stakeholder communication
- Provide frontline support for Salesforce and CPQ-related questions from Sales
- Gather and draft business requirements for CRM and CPQ enhancements
- Support user acceptance testing and quality assurance
- Help roll out new workflows, fields, and guardrails
- Contribute to sales and deal desk enablement through documentation, process guides, and training support
- Identify recurring quote-to-cash issues or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to ensure deals are accurately structured, approved, and closed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal/Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order Management
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex deal structures
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) as a CRM, including opportunity and quoting workflows
- Exposure to CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM, or similar
- Basic understanding of how pricing and approvals are operationalized
- Experience managing or working within a ticketing or queue-based support model, such as Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce cases, or similar
- Prior involvement in CRM/CPQ projects or enhancements, including documenting requirements, participating in testing, or supporting system rollouts
- Ability to communicate clearly with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being defined
- Must be based in Dallas and able to work from the office 3 days per week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where this role is located
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship
