Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the interface between IT and business areas, contributing to the alignment, integrity, and evolution of systems in support of organizational processes
- Proactively participate in meetings with business areas to align and prioritize requests, taking the project portfolio and IT Master Plan into consideration
- Gather and analyze business requirements and processes, preparing functional specifications to address the needs of user departments
- Support and maintain the healthcare operator’s systems, monitoring tickets, analyzing requests, and contributing to problem resolution and the implementation of improvements
- Develop test scenarios and support solution acceptance testing with business areas, ensuring system quality and alignment with defined requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose technology solutions that contribute to business process optimization
- Guide and support users in system usage, preparing and updating manuals and support materials
- Configure systems according to identified requirements and organizational processes
- Support system implementation and updates, contributing to user training and the appropriate use of solutions
- Develop reports and perform system queries and data extracts, using SQL where applicable, to support analysis and business decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- At least 2 years of experience with payroll and timekeeping processes and systems, including implementation and/or system maintenance and support
- Experience with the LG Lugar de Gente system, including the Payroll, Personnel Administration/Timekeeping, HR Portal/Self-Service, and report development modules
- Experience with the Gupy platform’s ATS is a plus
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools, such as Copilot and similar solutions
- Familiarity with performance indicators such as KPIs and SLAs, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and support managers in results analysis
- Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Campinas (two days on-site)
