About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle critical and complex incidents, including diagnosis, root cause analysis, and escalation management with vendors
- Assess and address requests—including fixes, enhancements, and process adjustments—ensuring compliance with business rules
- Gather, analyze, and document end-to-end functional requirements, with an understanding of impacts across modules and integrations
- Lead user acceptance testing and advanced testing, ensuring delivery quality and version control
- Perform functional configuration and monitor changes through to production
- Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting analysts and establishing best practices
- Align priorities, deadlines, and communication among the business, IT, and vendors
- Contribute to continuous improvement and system enhancement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with hospital logistics workflows
- Strong experience with Bionexo, Plannexo, and OPMENexo
- Experience supporting and enhancing logistics and supply chain systems
- Strong knowledge of logistics, contracts, and OPME processes
- Experience managing critical incidents, user acceptance testing, and vendor interactions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments and user profiles
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing solutions
- Organized and accountable, with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines
- Reside in Campinas, São Paulo, or the surrounding region
