About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and lead a global learning strategy aligned with Incode’s growth ambitions, business priorities and high-performance culture
  • Partner directly with the CEO, executive team and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create development strategies
  • Own the performance cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and manager enablement
  • Build career-progression frameworks reinforcing a merit-based culture
  • Create culturally immersive onboarding journeys with role-specific paths
  • Scale manager training and build leadership development programs
  • Launch mentoring and coaching at scale
  • Design and deliver company-wide AI literacy and adoption programs and measure adoption
  • Create tailored learning content, including equity, compensation and required training
  • Partner on internal communications and engagement
  • Deliver consistently across the US, Mexico, Serbia and the rest of EMEA, in local languages where relevant
  • Own the LMS and learning data and report metrics including adoption, time-to-productivity, manager effectiveness, internal mobility and performance distribution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years in learning, talent or leadership development, including 5+ years leading the function
  • Led people development through hyper growth, scaling a company from hundreds to thousands of employees, and at scale inside a large, mature organization
  • Owned performance-management design and execution, not only training delivery
  • Hands-on experience designing and facilitating executive offsites, leadership programs and manager curricula
  • Experience building AI-fluency or AI-adoption programs, or a strong personal AI practice you can teach
  • Global experience across regions and cultures
  • Spanish is a strong advantage
  • Based in the United States, with ability for regular travel to Mexico City and Belgrade
