Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically develop the Microsoft portfolio, from professional services and standardized packages to managed services
- Develop and manage the service portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle
- Create business cases, pricing models, and packaging concepts
- Establish clear portfolio governance with Sales, Delivery, and Management
- Prepare decisions regarding priorities, investments, and further development
- Define service descriptions, scope of services, and commercial terms
- Ensure ownership, transition, and operational readiness before market launch
- Lead go-to-market activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing
- Assess market potential and identify suitable offerings for Azure or the Microsoft Marketplace
- Integrate international delivery components and represent the portfolio in relevant systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience developing or managing service portfolios
- In-depth understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365, Security, AI, Data, and Azure
- Experience with business cases, pricing models, and margin calculations
- Understanding of the requirements of upper midmarket customers
- Experience with international delivery models
- Understanding of Azure or the Microsoft Marketplace
- Structured and analytical approach to work
- Confident communication in German and good communication in English
