About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate communication between external valuers, outsourcing partners, and internal departments
- Provide expertise on valuation-related matters
- Manage external property valuations for acquisitions and periodic valuations, both nationally and internationally
- Oversee the entire valuation process
- Conduct plausibility checks
- Ensure the final quality of valuation reports for approximately 1,800 properties
- Review and approve valuer invoices
- Prepare analyses and evaluations
- Develop proprietary value forecasts
- Contribute to projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in real estate, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in real estate valuation, ideally at a valuation firm, an asset management company, or a comparable organization
- Team spirit, openness, a strong hands-on approach, and the willingness to take on responsibility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong commitment to quality
- Confidence when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of English is an advantage
