About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to design delivery projects extending beyond the core platform, including headless website design, third-party system integrations, and custom scripts
  • Define project scope and clarify the interfaces between the vivenu core product, marketplace solutions, and custom development
  • Lead projects from scoping through delivery
  • Manage project plans, timelines, resource plans, and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality go-lives
  • Manage risks in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and product teams
  • Prepare Statements of Work and Change Orders while maintaining target margins, billable utilization, and efficient resource allocation
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer in collaboration with Engineering and Product Management to help shape the roadmap
  • Transform customer implementations into repeatable, scalable implementation playbooks and/or Marketplace apps
  • Enable Customer Success and Solutions teams, external systems integrators, and agency partners to leverage this intellectual property
  • Perform quality control on deliverables against quality standards and customer acceptance criteria

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management or engagement management within Professional Services, consulting, or client delivery
  • Proven track record of writing technical scoping documents and Statements of Work
  • Experience managing Change Orders
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in customer-facing environments
  • Ability to build trust with executive and technical stakeholders
  • Strong familiarity with modern project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Smartsheet
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies
  • Experience scoping headless website architectures, APIs, third-party integrations, and web scripts
  • Business-fluent German
  • Fluent English
