Key responsibilities & impact- Operationally manage a customer portfolio for the Out-of-Home Customer Service – Export team
- Manage supply operations
- Monitor deliveries, anticipate issues, and handle unforeseen events
- Provide effective solutions and coordinate actions with transport teams
- Analyze current processes within a defined scope to contribute to a continuous improvement project
- Develop suitable solutions and tools to sustain improvements
- Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the department’s performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent), specializing in Food Science, Food Industry, or Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of supply chains, flows, delivery processes, and operational challenges
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables and formulas
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in project management, including analyzing current processes, tracking progress, coordinating actions, and reporting
- Effective communication in French and English with customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Rigorous and organized monitoring of deliveries and action plans
- Ability to anticipate issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Ability to quickly adapt to unexpected events
