About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the pipeline of funder-facing deliverables, including proposals, pitches, reports, and site visit itineraries
- Review and refine funder-facing deliverables before submission for quality, accuracy, and alignment with funder expectations
- Build and maintain systems and timelines for deliverable visibility and prioritization
- Ensure reliable access to current impact and financial data for donor communications
- Partner with program and finance teams to translate data and outcomes into compelling donor narratives
- Uphold writing quality, tone, and accuracy across donor-facing materials
- Develop and maintain templates, boilerplate language, and best practices
- Represent Noora Health at Africa-based meetings, events, and with funders
- Support donor visits and engagement activities, including site-visit logistics
- Support prospecting research for prospective new funders
- Serve as a knowledgeable voice on Noora Health's work and impact
- Lead a small team through mentorship, feedback, and professional development
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across a geographically and culturally diverse group
- Collaborate with program, finance, and communications teams
- Contribute to global Development strategy, messaging, and priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in development, fundraising, or communications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex deliverables and deadlines
- Experience managing or mentoring a team, ideally across different geographies or cultural contexts
- Experience working with international donors, foundations, or institutional funders
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to distill complex programmatic and financial information into clear, persuasive narratives
- Strong project management skills
- High emotional and relational intelligence
- Comfort working with data and collaborating with finance and program teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
