Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic product development initiatives for the Inventory ERP Stock Ledger system
- Plan the product roadmap and prioritize the technology backlog
- Lead product discovery and measure and communicate feature portfolio results in production
- Drive stakeholder alignment across the organization
- Foster creativity, experimentation, and forward-thinking solutions across functions and domains
- Orchestrate comprehensive product planning sessions across dependencies and domains
- Advocate for the product and influence strategic roadmap decisions
- Partner with business and technology teams and SaaS providers to deliver product solutions and provide responsive support
- Conduct user and business research, synthesize findings, and incorporate market trends and competitor analysis into product roadmaps
- Apply AI and automation to inventory value workflows, including AI agents, anomaly detection, predictive data quality validation, and intelligent exception routing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in product management (retail systems integration preferred)
- Proven experience owning the vision and roadmap for an AI agent or agentic product in production, including defining use cases, prioritizing capabilities, and measuring accuracy, adoption, and business impact
- Strong understanding of ERP system design, data architecture, and stock ledger management within retail operations
- Experience transitioning from on-premises to modern, cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Experience with system integrations, data flows, data transformation, and validation requirements supporting inventory management, financial reconciliation, and operational efficiency
- Ability to set a compelling product vision and multi-year roadmap and thrive in ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to lead discoveries and delivery across multiple engineering teams in parallel, drive to an aligned MVP, and manage a prioritized backlog
- Ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across engineering, finance, and inventory operations up to executive leadership
