About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support highly complex projects across a range of healthcare and therapeutic areas
- Support clients from early development through commercialisation
- Address critical business challenges including medical planning, integrated evidence generation, launch readiness, field medical optimisation, operating model design, and cross-functional strategic alignment
- Combine therapeutic, clinical, operational, and commercial perspectives to guide clients toward impactful and actionable outcomes
- Lead successful advisory engagements
- Build lasting client relationships
- Contribute to driving revenue growth
- Conduct secondary research on clinical, commercial and market topics
- Conduct primary research with KOLs and biopharmaceutical market experts
- Brainstorm with the team and execute value-adding analyses to support client solutions
- Serve as a role model for junior team members and support their development
- Support internal team activities, including thought leadership and internal training
- Support the local leadership team, local culture, and teambuilding activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- One or more of the following degrees: a relevant degree in science or a biotechnology-related field is a must; PhD, MD, MBA, and/or MSc are valued
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, of which at least 3 years were focused on consulting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to conduct primary market research and analyse secondary data sources
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
