About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage Prophecy's people function as the company scales
- Manage end-to-end recruiting, including job postings, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate hiring documentation and recruiting systems
- Oversee employee benefits administration, enrollment, renewals, and employee inquiries
- Coordinate with benefits brokers, payroll providers, and external vendors
- Serve as a trusted global HR resource and support engagement and recognition initiatives
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate performance review cycles, employee relations, and other HR programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, required training, and employment records
- Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations as needed
- Streamline HR processes, maintain HR systems, and develop scalable practices
- Maintain accurate employee data and provide HR metrics and reports to leadership
- Support ongoing ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in HR, with at least 2+ years owning multiple people functions
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Recruiting experience is a must
- Knowledge of Rippling HRIS System
- Working knowledge of US employment law; multi-state or international experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills
