About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a family of divisional foundations through strategic communications
- Execute communications that drive donor retention, inspire giving, and strengthen relationships with local foundations
- Develop donor-centered content highlighting philanthropic opportunities, donor impact, and local initiatives
- Create content across print, digital, and social channels
- Address both internal and external audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of relevant marketing and communications experience
- Experience in traditional and digital communications
- Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories around a common theme
- Experience developing print collateral in partnership with a design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts, and social content
- Experience working with photographers and videographers
- Project management software experience
- Demonstrated experience and track record working successfully with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working in health care, medical, or academia
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working in nonprofit
