Key responsibilities & impact- Complete success-fee and judgment reports (Success and Judgment PA)
- Review court decisions, prepare reports, and apply the client’s appeals policy
- Prepare and request appellate court fees
- Prepare judgment calculations
- Pursue enforcement of attorneys’ fees awarded to the prevailing party and fines for the plaintiff’s bad-faith litigation
- Monitor appellate deadlines
- Draft intermediate procedural filings during the post-judgment and enforcement stages
- Assist with other matters related to civil litigation
