Key responsibilities & impact- Support the organization and coordination of trade shows, events, and conventions in collaboration with the Sales team
- Organize events in the hospital sector, including content, programming, and booth setup
- Manage and update websites using WordPress
- Edit and process images, as well as digital and print materials
- Gather technical information from the Support team to develop catalogs, product sheets, and technical manuals
- Support market research in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Analyze internal marketing initiatives in collaboration with HR and ESG teams
- Plan and organize marketing content and initiatives
- Prepare reports and monitor marketing activities
- Produce blog articles, social media copy, video scripts, and email marketing content
- Create copy for email marketing campaigns
- Write content for newspapers, internal communications, campaigns, and advertisements
- Execute digital marketing initiatives and monitor campaigns and performance indicators
- Review copy and materials intended for social media, websites, and blogs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing and/or Advertising is desirable
- Experience with trade shows and events in the hospital sector is a plus
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Employment under the CLT regime (Brazilian employment law)
