Key responsibilities & impact- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for pharmacy staff implementing ScriptPro systems
- Provide go-live support during the first few days of system implementation
- Observe pharmacy workflows and suggest improvements to maximize system use and productivity
- Act as a liaison between ScriptPro and customers
- Facilitate virtual training sessions on various ScriptPro products
- Build working relationships across ScriptPro departments
- Become a system expert for ScriptPro products and an efficiency expert for pharmacy operations
- Represent ScriptPro and the Field Training team professionally
- Travel to domestic and international pharmacy locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel up to 85%, including multi-hour flights, long-distance driving, and weekends
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Fundamental understanding of presentation principles and learner engagement
- Experience with virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Skype
- Ability to rapidly learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Ability to establish rapport with learners while representing the company professionally
- Maturity and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Self-starter with strong sense of urgency; able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and solve practical problems, interpret various instructions, and maintain focused attention during extended travel
- Fluency in a language other than English preferred; Spanish and French highly preferred
- Experience in the educational and/or pharmacy field preferred
- High-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
- Distraction-free home office workspace
- Willingness to participate in video virtual meetings with camera on
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- REAL ID or valid passport for required domestic and international travel, as applicable
- May be required to obtain federal security clearance, complete background checks and drug testing, and provide required health screenings or vaccinations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; ScriptPro does not offer visa sponsorship
- Completion of annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training
