Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Supply DRI for one or more specialized expert domains and their pods
- Own the expert contributor middle funnel from onboarding through project assignment
- Build staffing plans for every project, including role mix, peak targets, ramp timing, and source mix
- Maintain a pre-vetted expert bench sized to forecast demand
- Redeploy experts from ending projects before sourcing new experts
- Allocate qualified experts based on credentials, domain fit, and past performance
- Partner with Delivery to identify drivers of high-quality, high-acceptance work and improve vetting and matching
- Monitor staffing targets, supply speed, assignment rates, and time for new experts to find work
- Diagnose and fix performance gaps
- Act as the single Supply point of contact for pod leadership
- Translate shifting priorities into supply actions and escalate constraints with options
- Create SOPs and help automate them
- Partner with acquisition and recruiting, Delivery, Expert Experience, BPO partners, and analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in supply operations, workforce or staffing operations, marketplace operations, or a comparable role in a fast-moving environment
- Experience sourcing, allocating, or managing a pool of specialized talent
- Experience making trade-off decisions when demand exceeds available supply
- Ability to pull numbers using SQL or a BI tool
- Experience using a system of record such as Airtable, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience building capacity plans or forecasts, including scenario planning
- Track record of structuring ambiguous processes, writing SOPs, implementing them, and improving them
- Strong cross-functional communication
- High ownership and bias toward action, with judgment to escalate issues requiring decisions
- Experience with credentialed or highly specialized professionals is nice to have
- Familiarity with credentialing, licensure verification, or regulated data is nice to have
- Experience with AI training data, annotation, or expert-in-the-loop work is nice to have
