Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services to a financial services client account
- Lead office infrastructure construction projects onsite and regionally
- Manage MEP upgrades and installations in occupied smart-building offices, emphasizing BMS automation controls
- Serve as Owner’s Representative, managing projects from initiation through completion
- Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for multiple real estate projects
- Prepare scopes of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work-plan schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Report to the Project Management Director and other business leaders
- Manage and coach other Project Managers
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
- Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
- Keep functions on schedule and resolve or advance issues
- Facilitate regular project-status meetings
- Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion
- Develop improved methods for individual and department objectives
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
- Lead by example and influence senior stakeholders with divergent interests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
- Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services clients required
- Infrastructure/MEP experience required
- Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of PM Web or similar project management software
- Solid track record working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity
- Ability to lead delivery resource projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects/programs in varying stages
