Key responsibilities & impact- Manage daily operations of Uline’s Corporate Accounting team
- Strengthen internal controls, improve processes and support ERP system enhancements
- Coach and develop Accounting Supervisors and their teams
- Oversee financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash and other operational accounting activities
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and analyze results and variances
- Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA designation with 5+ years of Accounting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Oracle G/L or similar ERP systems a plus
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- All positions are on-site
