About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver expert work in the Business Management Expertise team with high quality and timeliness

- Lead complex cross-department and cross-area improvement projects
- Identify improvement opportunities with relevant area management
- Manage Green Belt and Black Belt development training across the BCM organization
- Manage the Black Belt community and promote best practices and benchmarking
- Support management in Operational Excellence practices, including project charters and performance review meetings
- Manage the BCM Operational Excellence process, policy, and framework
- Assure compliance with BCM quality requirements under the IATF standard
- Manage the BCM Operational Excellence roadmap and drive systematic maturity assessments
- Support area Operational Excellence roadmaps
- Coach colleagues in Operational Excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business or similar
- 5 years of experience in an operational role in an industrial environment
- 2 years of experience in project management
- 2 years of experience in operational excellence or relevant activities (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English communication
- Ability to work in Nysa or Hoboken
- Willingness to travel for business from time to time
