About the role

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, investigate issues, interpret data, and implement process improvements
- Skilled at collaborating across multiple functions and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident communicator able to present recommendations clearly and influence decision-making in a complex business environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive standardization, and support adoption of new processes and best practices
