About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the installation, configuration, and activation of DWDM equipment
- Conduct acceptance testing, optical link validation, and basic troubleshooting
- Track deployment schedules and ensure compliance with technical standards
- Document completed activities and update databases and internal systems
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supplier teams to ensure delivery quality
- Safeguard equipment integrity and adhere to safety procedures during field activities
- Participate in technical meetings and training for continuous development
- Provide end-to-end follow-up on activities related to projects
- Coordinate with other departments and partner companies to ensure execution
- Analyze risk mitigation opportunities with the support of reports
- Follow up on action items with initiative and persistence
- Support the digital transformation of Vivo’s Backbone Transport (TX) division within the Network Vice Presidency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of optical networks and DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technologies
- Availability to work flexible hours, as required for deployment activities
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate is a plus
- Knowledge of data manipulation tools is a plus
- Knowledge of traditional and Agile project management
- Strong sense of urgency
