Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose processes and business opportunities by mapping the commercial journey and its interfaces to identify bottlenecks, rework, manual activities, and opportunities for improvement
- Propose and prioritize automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives, considering impact, benefits, risks, and feasibility
- Design processes and functional requirements, documenting business rules, user needs, and acceptance criteria
- Structure initiatives by defining scope, deliverables, success metrics, and implementation timelines
- Serve as a liaison between Commercial, Commercial Intelligence, Planning, Procurement, Pricing, IT, and other involved areas
- Apply artificial intelligence and automation to the business by creating and configuring agents, assistants, and automations on approved corporate platforms
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate solutions before large-scale implementation
- Establish alerts, triggers, and automated monitoring to anticipate commercial risks and opportunities
- Translate business needs for technical teams and follow up on feasibility assessments and solution execution
- Lead functional validations, support user testing, and monitor implementations
- Support training, guide users, and facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes
- Monitor metrics and measure the results of implemented initiatives, proposing continuous improvements
- Document automations, AI agents, processes, and solutions to ensure continuity and governance of initiatives
- Share knowledge and serve as a technical reference in automation and artificial intelligence for the teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Sales Operations, business analysis, or commercial processes, with experience in automation, artificial intelligence, or process improvement projects
- Knowledge of commercial operations, including prospecting, account management, quotations, orders, CRM, and performance metrics
- Experience with corporate CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including processes, data management, and reporting
- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and improvement design
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and results tracking
- Practical knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence and experience creating or configuring business-focused agents and assistants
- Experience with automation or agent-building platforms in low-code or no-code environments
- Analytical skills for evaluating data and metrics and measuring results
- Ability to organize deliverables in a practical, iterative manner, with clear priorities, owners, risks, and dependencies
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM processes
- Experience with Excel and Power BI for performance analysis
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Copilot Studio, n8n, Make, or equivalent platforms
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integration to facilitate communication with technical teams
- Basic programming knowledge for prototyping and targeted automations
- Experience with change management and adoption of digital tools
- Knowledge of data governance, access controls, and response quality in AI solutions, in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
