About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to implement operational initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
- Proven experience in operations analytics and project management
- Ability to design and execute complex project plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and risk awareness
- Expertise in developing and implementing operational best practices and scalable business solutions
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, policy, and operations teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to compliance, ethics, and high standards of integrity
- Experience in team management and fostering a positive, productive work environment
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential to support regional workflows and partnerships
