About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and organize project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
- Proven experience in operations and business analysis
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Expertise in identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and driving operational improvements
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance risk and policy change processes
- Proficiency in prioritization, impact assessment, and requirements elicitation
- Experience collaborating with product management, merchandising, and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Spanish required
- French preferred
