About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and develop analytics-driven solutions
- Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams
- Expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and algorithm development
- Strong project management skills leading complex, end-to-end initiatives
- Collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Effective communication skills to influence and inspire commitment and alignment
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution within analytics projects
- Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning and innovation
