Key responsibilities & impact- Own strategic and operational initiatives end to end, from defining the problem and building the business case to execution and measuring results
- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, improve unit economics, and make operations more efficient
- Turn complex data, customer insights, and market research into clear recommendations and put them into action
- Build and scale processes, tools, and workflows using AI and automation where meaningful
- Define and track success metrics, spot issues early, and drive improvements across the business
- Work across product, engineering, operations, finance, and compliance to unblock decisions and deliver shared priorities
- Lead partnerships with external providers, including banks, processors, and other strategic partners, when relevant
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience thriving somewhere demanding, like MBB, a high-growth startup, or a business operating at significant scale
- Strong analytical skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems, work confidently with data, and connect analysis to business decisions
- Track record of getting things done and following through from recommendation to implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience in fintech, payments, or a highly regulated consumer business (nice-to-have)
- Experience at a high-growth startup from early to scale stage (nice-to-have)
- Experience launching or scaling businesses in Latin America (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using AI or automation to improve business processes (nice-to-have)
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills (nice-to-have)
