Key responsibilities & impact- Define, evaluate, and validate requirements, business functional designs, and technical designs for complex business issues
- Act as a liaison between the department and IT to develop effective technical solutions and minimize operational and system/application impacts
- Configure and maintain CareRadius components, workflows, letters, alerts, and POS/Service combinations
- Build and maintain SQL scripts to load data and manage backend code tables
- Provide advanced technical support for system/application and procedural issues
- Analyze business systems, develop solutions and processes, and assess business impacts
- Coordinate user support, reporting, data tools, and production support activities
- Document, track, and report system support activities
- Collaborate with business and IT teams on projects, requirements, functional specifications, testing, and implementation
- Act as Business Lead/Coordinator on complex departmental and corporate projects
- Facilitate project intake, scheduling, implementation, post-implementation support, and technical specification review
- Coordinate business testing, analyze results, assess impacts and risks, and recommend actions
- Support hardware and software upgrades, security changes, and architectural enhancements
- Develop and implement configuration changes to improve system performance and user efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong CareRadius configuration knowledge
- CareRadius and SQL scripting functional/technical expertise
- Experience configuring user-defined fields, code tables, assessments, workflows, system-generated letters, alerts, and POS/Service combinations
- SQL script-building expertise to load data and manage backend code tables
- Advanced technical knowledge supporting business systems/applications and procedural issues
