About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge business needs and technical solutions
- Support the full-time analyst team with analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes
- Create process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Facilitate Community of Practice meetings
- Take notes, produce reports, and coordinate meetings
- Complete smaller assignments under the direction of the BSA and BSA Manager
- Plan work, ask questions, resolve issues, and provide status updates at team meetings
- Support other areas within the Tech & Ops organization as needed
- Work alongside industry professionals on real business initiatives across bank departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree and intending to return to studies following the internship
- Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Must participate in a full-time position of 40 hours per week within a continuous program from the first week of June through early to mid-August
- Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews
- Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources
- Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint
- Must have reliable transportation
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring current or future work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank
