Key responsibilities & impact- Engage business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, pain points, and desired outcomes
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate requirements discussions and translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Azure DevOps
- Create and utilize AI Agentic custom skills for structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Identify gaps, conflicting requirements, process dependencies, and impacts to upstream and downstream processes
- Maintain traceability between business requirements, solution design, testing, implementation, user stories, and test cases
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with UX designers, software engineers, QA, and DevOps engineers in an Agile/Scrum model
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Collaborate with React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend engineers to validate implemented features, RESTful API behaviors, and JSON responses
- Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios, participate in UAT, and verify functional and non-functional requirements
- Help develop a centralized customer hub integrating Service Options Collaborator, CAT Certified Rebuild, CAT Calculated Web, and Service Information System capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in technical, product, business analyst, or solution delivery roles
- Strong understanding of application development concepts, system integrations, APIs, and JSON-based data structures and responses
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for software solutions
- Experience creating and maintaining functional design documents, process flows, solution documentation, and feature specifications
- Ability to decompose complex business requirements workflows, user stories, epics, and actionable development tasks
- Experience defining acceptance criteria and supporting test case development
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Quality Assurance (QA) teams and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Experience managing, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs in Azure DevOps
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, service processes, and content authoring or knowledge management environments
- Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation
- Proficiency with SharePoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, documentation, requirements analysis, content creation, and solution delivery effectiveness

- Successful completion of a drug screen required
